What to Know Before You Reserve

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All car rental bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
  • A booking is only confirmed once payment is received (either deposit or full amount) and a confirmation email or receipt has been issued.

2. Payment Policy

  • A minimum deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
  • The full rental payment must be completed within the rental period.
  • We accept payment by mobile banking (bKash, Nagod, Rocket), bank transfer, or cash (in-office bookings only).

3. Driver Requirements

  • Rental vehicles are only provided with our designated drivers; self-driving is not permitted.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

5. Amendments and Changes

  • Booking changes (e.g., rental dates, vehicle type) are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to charge a fee for modifications made within 24 hours of the rental start time.

6. Vehicle Pick-Up and Return

  • Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed time and location.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges unless prior arrangements have been made.

7. Use of Vehicle

  • The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful purposes, including transporting illegal goods or substances.
  • Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is prohibited and will incur a cleaning fee.
  • The vehicle may not be driven outside the permitted geographic boundaries (e.g. outside Dhaka, without prior approval).
  • The vehicle must only be used on paved roads.
  • Exceeding the vehicle's seating or weight capacity is not allowed.
  • Modifying, removing, or tampering with any part of the vehicle or tracking systems is forbidden.
  • Transporting animals requires prior consent and may incur additional charges.

8. Liability

  • The rental company shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft occurring during the rental period.
  • The customer shall bear full responsibility for any damage to products resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).
